ATM Madoguchi is a service that enables customers to open or close bank accounts and change information registered with various companies, using an ATM.

You can apply via an ATM for the following four types of procedures.

(1) Open account

[For Japanese nationals (aged 15 or older)] Open an account (with a cash card without the Debit Card Service)

[For foreign nationals (aged 16 or older)] Open an account (with a cash card with the Debit Card Service)

(2) Change address

Change the registered address

​

(3) Update customer information

Change the telephone number, email address, workplace, occupation, or purpose of transaction)

(4) Extend the period of stay

[For customers with foreign nationality]
