I reissued my Seven Bank Cash Card and I received my new card. What should I do with my old card?
When you receive a new card, use it for deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, or other ATM transactions.
The new card will be activated completely when it is used via an ATM, and your old card will become invalid accordingly.
*If the old card is a Cash Card with Debit Card Service with nanaco, you can continue to use it as a nanaco card.
Otherwise, please dispose of the old card after cutting the IC chip on the card with scissors.

*If you requested the reissuance of a Cash Card with Debit Card Service with nanaco:Your current nanaco balance and nanaco points will not be carried over to the nanaco number associated with your new (reissued) Cash Card with Debit Card Service.
Please use your entire nanaco balance and all nanaco points associated with the old card.
*If you have lost your old card, please contact the nanaco Customer Service Center (0570-071-555 (Navi dial) or 0422-71-2266) after receiving your new card, for more information about the handling of your balance.
