To apply for a Seven Bank Cash Card with Debit Card Service, you must be an individual over the age of 16 at the time of application. If you do not already have a Seven Bank account, you are required to open an account at the same time.

Japanese nationals can easily open an account using the My Seven Bank App (smartphone application).

Foreign nationals are eiligible to open account through an ATM or online.
