Can I register my Seven Bank debit card for Apple Pay or Google Pay?

A Seven Bank Cash Card with Debit Card Service is not compatible with Apple Pay or Google Pay and therefore cannot be registered for these payment services (as of July 2022).
A nanaco card can be registered for Google Pay and Apple Pay.
