No, the Bank does not issue international emergency cards.

Note that if you lose your Seven Bank cash card, immediately perform the procedure (specify settings) to stop use of the card by using one of the following methods. If you perform this procedure, we will immediately stop cash withdrawals by the relevant cash card and transactions via the Direct Banking Service.
