Nanaco points are initially retained by the "Point Service Center."

To have these nanaco points added to your balance on your nanaco mobile app or nanaco card, you will need to "checkpoint balance" or "recharge" your card with a 7-Eleven clerk or Seven Bank ATM.

Doing a "check point balance" or "recharge" will automatically update your point balance.

Note that, if you want to use your nanaco points for shopping, etc., by converting the points into electronic money ata rate of 1 nanaco point = 1 yen, you can use your points at any nanaco-affiliated stores in Japan, including allSeven & i Holdings stores in Japan.

Note: Some nanaco points can be exchanged with the points of our affiliates.
