How do I stop the (paid) paper statement mailing service?

A

To stop the service by which you are sent your monthly transaction statement by mail, perform the relevant procedure via the Direct Banking Service.

Log on to the Direct Banking Service, and then go to Various Procedures. Go to Enable/Disable Statement of Account Mailing Service (A fee will be charged) in Enable/Disable Notifications to perform the procedure.

* The fee for the service will be excluded from the amount to be debited on the 2nd day of the next month.
