If I forgot my password for the Direct Banking Service, what should I do?

If you forgot your logon password, open the International Money Transfer App (for smartphone) and log on to the Direct Banking Service.

You can directly log on without entering your logon ID and password.

After logging on to the Direct Banking Service, go to “Customer Service” to set your new logon password.

[What is a logon password?]

・It is a password set by a customer and consisting of at least a specified number of single-byte alphanumeric characters.

・You need to enter your logon password to log on to the Direct Banking Service via a browser. If you forgot your logon password, use the International Money Transfer App. Open the app, then you can directly log on to the Direct Banking Service. After logging on, go to “Customer Service” to change your logon password.

[If you cannot log on via the app]

If you cannot log on to the Direct Banking Service via the International Money Transfer App, this is because your logon password has expired.
