If I forgot my logon ID for the Direct Banking Service, what should I do?

If you forgot your logon ID, open the International Money Transfer App (for smartphone) and log on to the Direct Banking Service.

You can directly log on without entering your logon ID and password.

After logging on to the Direct Banking Service, go to “Customer Service” to set your new logon ID.

[What is a logon ID?]

・ It is an ID set by a customer and consisting of at least a specified number of single-byte alphanumeric characters.

・ If you forgot your logon ID, open the International Money Transfer App (for smartphone), then you can directly log on by selecting “Direct Banking Logon” on the menu. After logging on, go to “Customer Service” to change your logon ID.

[If you cannot log on via the app]

If you cannot log on to the Direct Banking Service via the International Money Transfer App, this is because your logon password has expired.
