How can I delete a registered email address? (For customers who have accounts)

Log on to the Direct Banking Service. From the "Customer Service" menu, select "Register/Change Email Address" and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Note that you must have at least one registered email address.

Deleting email address:

(1) To delete email address 2

Click the "Delete" button.

(2) To delete email address 1

At least one email address must be registered. For this reason, email address 1 cannot be deleted.

To re-register email address 2 as email address 1, contact the Contact Center.
