The Direct Banking Service can be used with computers, smartphones, or other devices. As a general rule, this service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (except during system maintenance periods).

The Direct Banking Service provides the following services: inquiries of transactions, notifications, domestic money transfers, time deposits, Loan Service, International Money Transfer Service (with Western Union), Point Service, and various procedures for purposes such as updating delivery information (such as customer address and email information) and cash-card reissuance.
