Your Confirmation Number is a number used to identify you when you carry out a transaction or various types of procedures in the Direct Banking Service.

(1) If you have a Cash Card with Debit Card Service:

The Confirmation Number is written on the back of the card used for Direct Banking.

Note: After your account is set up, you will be sent two cards: the card used for Direct Banking and the Cash Card.

(2) If you have a single Seven Bank Cash Card:

The Confirmation Number is written on the back of the Cash Card.
