I used a new cash card at an ATM, but the change I had made to the PIN and limits for ATM transactions have not become applicable. What should I do?

If you change your PIN or transaction limits before using a reissued new cash card, the change will become applicable when you use the new card at an ATM for deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, or other ATM transactions, which will activate the new card.
However, the use of the new card at an ATM for the following transactions will not activate the card and will not make the change to the cash card PIN or transaction limits applicable:
- Change your debit card PIN
- Add money to or check the balance on your nanaco card
